The division of metal sheets processing started in 2003 when our first laser cutting machine TRUMPF Trumatic L3030 was put into operation. This division is nowadays equipped with the newest CNC technology for metal sheets processing from TRUMPF Company. These machines ensure maximal production accuracy and unmatchable quality.
This technology enables the following kinds of semi products processing:

By means of a/m technologies we are able to develop and produce a complete product and provide a full service including technical design utilising CAD/CAM systems, optimisation of material utilization and processing of steel sheets, sheets from non-ferrous metals, stainless steel or tubes and square profiles.

Under agreement with the client, our company provides further technological operations such as bending, welding and blasting, up to a final surface treatment, assembly and delivery to the place of destination.

New technology – extension of production possibilities by processing dimensions up to 4 000 x 2 000 mm!

TRUMPF Trumatic L4030:

  • 2D laser cutting of metal sheets; metal sheets with dimensions up to 4 000 x 2 000 mm and cut thickness up to 20 mm (constructional steel), stainless steel up to 15 mm of thickness and aluminium up to 10 mm
  • high performance and dynamic cutting machine fitted with automatic sheets loading

SAFAN H-Brake 320 / 4100:

  • CNC press brake with pressing force of 3 200 kN, suitable for bending components up to a length of 4 100 mm. Depending on the bend length, it is possible to bend the metal sheets of thickness up to 20 mm accuracy of this machine together with a wide range of available tools enables to create from the most simple to very complicated bend shapes.
