Square duct

This production program focuses on the manufacture of square pipe and fittings used in HVAC systems. Our products meet the requirements for precision, tightness and ease of assembly.

Circular duct

Within this program we produce circular pipes together with various types of circular fittings. The products are suitable for a wide range of applications - from industrial facilities to office buildings.

Accessories

An important part of our production is also accessories that complement and extend the functionality of piping systems. These include: silencers, vortex outlets, sub-jet louvers, control dampers, cover grilles, hoods and various atypical products according to customer requirements.

Custom production and special requirements

We provide customized production of air handling systems according to customer requirements. Our production meets the most demanding Austrian and German technical standards. As additional services we offer powder coating in different colours, different tightness tireds as well as hygienic design.

SHORT PIPE PRODUCTION LINE, BREAKING MACHINE, FORMING MACHINES - SWAH automated line provides complete production process of square pipe including cutting, bending and assembly. Also included are breaking and forming machines to achieve the required rigidity and form accuracy.

Forstner

SQUARE PIPE MANUFACTURING LINE - is specialized for fast and precise production of square pipe with emphasis on repeatability and quality of outputs. It allows flexible adjustment of dimensions and parameters according to customer specifications.

RAS

BENDING EQUIPMENT - RAS professional equipment is used for forming sheet metal into desired angles and shapes with high precision. It is indispensable especially in the production of air handling components.

RAS

SEALING AND SEALING OF PRESSURE JOINTS ON AIR PIPE - this machine ensures tight and airtight joints on square and circular pipes. It is ideal for the production of pipelines with high demands on tightness and reliability of joints.
