Powder Coating Assistant

What will you do?

We are looking for smart and manually skilled candidates who appreciate stable employment in a modern manufacturing company with a willingness to work in a multi-shift operation.

• Operator of TRUMPF Fiber laser equipment and/or TRUMPF 5000 and 7000 series bending presses
• Study of technical documentation and production procedure on a modern electronic terminal
• Preparation of the stand and machine for the current production run/batch and start of production
• Production of individual parts and batches with emphasis on quality and efficiency of the production process
• Quality control, removal and completion of the production batch on the electronic terminal
• Working with the latest technologies and software in the industry (TruTops, Autocad, SolidWorks)
• Double-shift operation

What do we expect?

• Secondary education with a secondary school diploma or post-secondary / higher vocational education
• Education in the technical/mechanical/electrical engineering sector
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Experience in operating CNC equipment
• Quality control and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Recording and reporting of work performed
